The rear usb ports work with other usb adapter. Do any devices work while attached to the front USB ports? Im going to try to connect a different adapter to it. The front usb port in the front of the case is a little piece that has a little cord that connects to the motherboard. The front usb ports arent working right though.

I checked the inside to see whats wrong and everything is connected right. USB port4 and port5 that you see above your rear audio ports on outside back of the case will then be inactive.

The front usb ports is part of the case and connects to the mobo and the rear is in the mobo. Download latest motherboard drivers for that motherboard from ASRock and install them. The device manager just says unknown device and when I go to properties it says no drivers are installed when I installed drivers already.
